Terms & Conditions
- A player's total number
of prize draw entries is defined as the total
amount of approved entries. The player will
receive a draw entry for every 10 cards purchased.
Players only receive an entry if they purchase
10 cards or more in the giveaway period: 12.01
am 12th January - midnight 31st January 2007.
The transactions may not be charged back or
reversed.
- One Ruby player will be
drawn to receive a SHEER LUXURY SPA DAY FOR
TWO AT THE SANCTURY SPA IN LONDON. We reserve
the right to award a different prize of similar
statute if the advertised prize is not available
for any reason.
- The winner will be contacted
within 72 hours of the prize draw. If they are
not contactable within a further 72 hours via
phone or email we will redraw the prize winner.
- Ruby Bingo requires confirmation
from the chosen prize winners that they have
read, understand and agree to these terms and
conditions before any prizes are issued. If
the fore mentioned confirmation has not been
received by Ruby Bingo staff within four working
days of the initial winner status notification
Ruby Bingo reserves the right to pick a new
winner.
- Ruby Bingo reserves the
right to use any winner's first name, country
and/or state/province for promotional material.
Full name and full address details will not
be used.
- Ruby Bingo reserves the
right to review transaction records and logs
from time to time, for any reason whatsoever.
If, upon such review, it appears that player/s
are participating in strategies that Ruby Bingo
in its sole discretion deems to be abusive,
they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement
of such player to the promotion.
- Players must be aged 18
and over.
- Ruby Bingo has no liability
to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity
or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage
(including consequential loss) the winner, partner
of choice or any third party suffers or incurs
arising out of or in connection with the prize.
- All times and dates are
based on the game server local time - Greenwich
Mean Time.
- All values are in UK Pounds
unless otherwise stated.

right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate
this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever
without notice to end users, using reasonable

or for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected
